The building felt safe, and the room was nice. We weren't keen on the mattress, though that's just our opinion. The neighbourhood was the real issue. It felt very unsafe, and I haven't felt more uncomfortable anywhere, even in the daytime. The lower room price compared with places nearer the city centre makes sense. The area didn't feel welcoming to tourists.

The room was beautiful and so clean, and the location was great, close to nearly everything. Thanks to the staff for always being there.

Our host was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and nice. The service was good too. We liked getting breakfast tickets for a nearby cafe.

It was a cosy, neat room and very clean. I recommend staying here. A dresser would be useful, though, to give more space for linens and things from a suitcase.

The host and floor manager were always available. The room was beautiful, tidy, and spotless. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!
