The people were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping lady was especially nice. The room had everything I needed, plus free coffee and water. With the windows closed, I could have a quiet night on spaccanapoli. It's ideally placed for exploring the city on foot, with restaurants, bars, and Via Pignasecca's lively market just around the corner. I can definitely recommend Neapolis Lifestyle.

Oriana and Luciano took care of us like family. They're generous people who made time to help, and I'm so grateful for how they made my wife's birthday special. Her birthday was on a Saturday, and Luciano and Oriana arranged two beautiful flowers and a delicious cake exactly as I planned. It became her favourite birthday, thanks to them. The suite establishment is right in the centre, in a street lined with bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops, and near important historic sites like the Chapel museum and Naples underground. You can walk everywhere. It's between two subways and a 10-minute walk from the regional train station at Montesanto, where you can catch a train to Salerno or Pompeii. The rooms are very well soundproofed, so street noise wasn't a problem. Rooms were modern and clean, with daily cleaning included in the price. The bathrooms were clean and had lots of the hardware you need. There's a fridge with cans of cola and other drinks that cost a few extra euros, and you also get two free waters each day. Breakfast is included, but served at a cafe two steps away, with delicious pastry and good coffee. Just bear in mind this is a suite establishment, not a hotel. Five stars, an absolutely wonderful stay.

Our host even arranged parking for us, and the service was great. The room was lovely, with complimentary bottles of water and a minibar stocked with beer and sodas for a small extra charge.
