The street by the entrance isn’t especially nice, but it’s quiet, and after just 100 meters you reach the end of it, cross the intersection, and find yourself in the historic center. The location is excellent. The rooms are attractive and recently renovated, with all the amenities you need. The assistance was excellent too whenever we had a concern or ran into difficulty.

The room was very roomy, with a large bathroom, and the location was excellent. It’s close to both the train station and the city center, and I got everywhere on foot. There are pastry shops, pizzerias, and restaurants nearby. I’d book here again if I returned to Naples. Everything inside has been recently renovated. From the street, you enter through a big metal gate and climb some rather run-down stairs, with no elevator, then pass through a security door. They give you codes for the gate, that door, and the room itself.
