Orlando Relais

The room was very nice and beautifully decorated, with the bath and shower as clear highlights. The location is practical, though not pretty. Our contact person was friendly but spoke very little English. I’d read reviews about breakfast, but our experience was different. There were only three choices: pancakes, a croissant, or scrambled eggs with cheese or onion. The eggs didn’t come with bread. There’s also a camera in the apartment, which made me feel less private. At night, two ceiling spotlights in the bedroom kept reacting to movement, even while we were asleep. We woke up several times because they responded to our movements. Staff were willing to help with problems and tried to make up for a mistake, perhaps with a bottle of wine. Still, they made it pretty clear they were doing it for business reasons rather than out of their own free will.

My partner and I have stayed here three times. It’s a dream location, super comfortable, and just like the photos. The best B&B in Naples, highly recommended.

The room was fabulous and spotless, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
