Palazzo Pandola - Luxury Suites

The suite was huge and had everything you’d want for a stay, right on Naples’ main piazza. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a cut above. If you’re after luxury, service, and a great location, this is the place.

We only booked one night at Palazzo Pandola and regretted not staying longer. The old-fashioned entrance could be straight out of a movie, while inside the rooms are modern, sleek, and beautifully renovated, with high ceilings and refined finishes. Everything was clean and comfortable. The woman who checked us in was so polite and came downstairs herself to help with our bags. The welcome felt really personal. Just steps away, Naples is buzzing. We wandered along an eccentric stretch, with people pouring wine in the street and scooters zipping by. At Gino e Toto Sorbillo, the pizza was next-level. You take a number and wait for a table, but in true Napoli fashion, we grabbed wine across the road and partied in the street while we waited. One of the most fun, authentic slices of Italian life we’ve had. Can’t recommend the place enough. We wish we’d had one more night to do it all again before heading to Sicily.

The rooms were large and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect spot, with a taxi rank right outside. We could walk to the metro and lots of nearby restaurants. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, with plenty of good suggestions for things to do in Naples.

We loved Piazza Pandola. The historic building is beautiful, and the balcony looks over Piazza del Gesu. Inside, the room was modern and clean, with complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, and drinks. Breakfast was wonderful too. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location in Naples’ historic center was great.
