The room was quiet and clean, and the location was good. But breakfast was very basic, and there’s no way to make coffee. There’s nowhere to hang or store clothes either, so they have to stay in your suitcase. I’d rather have a wardrobe than the jacuzzi.

What a horrible night. All night long, there was the sound of running water. It felt less like a hotel and more like a boutique spa with a bed on a very dark street. I strongly advise against staying here.

The place was spotless and in a beautiful location, but it’s inside a former shop with no window or balcony. There’s no ventilation except through the entrance door. The listing on Booking mentions a Turkish bath and sauna, but the owner said they cost extra, though that wasn’t written anywhere. She also told us right away that everything was broken, even if we wanted to use it. There was a strong smell of stale water. It was described as a bed and breakfast and had a little stove, but there wasn’t a single utensil, plate, or glass to make even a quick lunch for my child. We stayed four days, and there wasn’t a broom, dustpan, or floor rag. With a small child, those things were essential. In my opinion, it’s not suitable for families, though it could work as a base for one night, or two at most.

It has just one bedroom, so it isn’t a typical bed and breakfast. The central location is excellent, and it’s a good starting point for walking around the city.
