The apartment itself is spacious, nicely decorated, and has a well-equipped kitchen. It's in a safe neighborhood, with restaurants and shops downstairs, and for Naples it's okay. Still, it's noisy, with loud machines outside the window and lots of other noise. The view is of unattractive windows across the street, so avoid it if you need peaceful sleep. You enter with a code. There isn't a cleaning service, and the owner is only available online. The person downstairs at "reception" wasn't polite and didn't greet us. That was disappointing for us, much like our impression of most Italians.
