Relais Antica Napoli

The furniture looked nice, but the rest of the room was a letdown. It smelled stale and musty, especially the bed. The shower was moldy and felt dirty, and there wasn’t a toilet paper holder. An almost empty roll was just left on the floor. We could hear the other rooms and the street clearly. The street was extremely noisy, and the neighborhood seemed rough. After checking us in, the concierge never showed up again. Breakfast was only the Italian style, sweet pastries and croissants, like afternoon tea. It was too heavy and sugary for me, and there were no vegan choices.

Antonio and Sergio looked after us throughout our stay, always attentive and professional whenever we needed anything. The hotel is right in the center, with spacious rooms that are nicely decorated. Thanks for everything.

Antonio, the manager, gave us a warm welcome and was generous with suggestions for restaurants and places to see. He and the rest of the team kept a positive attitude and made sure we had what we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and we had a fantastic stay. The service really made the experience for us. Couldn’t have asked for better, highly recommend it.

Sergio and the staff were kind and helpful, and our room was very clean. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, though the furniture took up too much room and made it cramped to get around. There’s no breakfast at the B&B itself. The only option was a coffee and croissant down the street. It’s on a very busy road, and the building number for the business isn’t visible from the street or sidewalk. Parking was around the block. I’d suggest arriving while it’s still light out, as it’ll be easier to find.
