The family hospitality stood out most, especially Sarah, who knew the city well, helped us out, and was so friendly. Eddie's cakes at breakfast were lovely too. We stayed for three nights in clean, luxurious guest rooms at a great location, perfect for experiencing the city. We'd definitely come back.

We were there as a family at the end of October, and the suite was elegant, spacious, and comfortable. The photos give an accurate impression. The hotel's location makes it easy to explore Naples, and the service was excellent. The all-female team was pleasant, professional, and attentive to guests.

The rooms were new, roomy, and spotless, and the reception staff were especially helpful and attentive. The location is central and convenient for everything in Naples. We had a lovely short stay and will definitely return. I recommend staying here!

The staff were welcoming, thoughtful, and attentive, and the service was excellent. Rooms are spacious and elegant, with impeccable cleanliness. Because of the Covid health emergency, breakfast was brought to the room; it was plentiful and good quality. The location is excellent, very close to Piazza Plebiscito and just a few steps from Galleria Umberto I. Highly recommended.

I was there from August 15th to 19th, and the central location was great. Breakfast came to my room right on time, at the hour I chose, and it was varied and excellent. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout. I'd happily repeat the experience.
