This feels more like an apartment than a hotel, with large, comfortable rooms in an amazing neighborhood. From the little entrance door to the elevator, it all felt very local. The owner was attentive to whatever I needed. I spent four nights in Naples, and the apartment's location and easy access made the trip.
Calling this place Deluxe feels like a scam. Our room smelled moldy, and the toilet was unbelievably dirty. We booked through booking com, and I think there should be stricter checks on how places present their price and quality. Not good at all. Definitely avoid it!
Dario was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us lots of information to get the most out of Naples. Antonio, the concierge, was very kind too. Our standard room was just right for sleeping and enjoying our vacation. It was a wonderful experience, and the place is close to everything, including the seafront, metro, and bus. I'll definitely come back.
We had the largest apartment, with spacious, spotless rooms that were just right. Breakfast wasn't part of the price, but we found water, juice, milk, and several cereals, including gluten-free ones. The welcome was perfect, and we'd recommend it.
Awful place, I wouldn't recommend it. The shower in the middle of the room was broken, and there was no hot water. The bathroom had no bidet and was so cramped you could barely turn around. It made me feel dirty.
