Update after the reply: our booking was actually for May, made through Hotels.com, which is a reputable site. The cancellation message gave no reason and simply said we couldn’t book at that price. I rarely leave negative reviews, so I hope this warns people about the unprofessional way this was handled. They cancelled our reservation after deciding to change their prices. There was no explanation, and it felt very unprofessional.

My aunt is 70 and had trouble with the online payment link, but the owner Francesco was quick to respond and very helpful. He even came in person to meet her and help her pay for the booking on site. The Airbnb was clean and in a great location. Thank you so much, I recommend it!
