Lisa was welcoming and helped with all our requests. The accommodation matched its online description and photos, and the breakfast was really nice, though we skipped it on a few rushed mornings. Lisa could also adjust breakfast for particular needs. We spent Christmas here, and she kindly decorated the living room and table for the wine and antipasti we planned to have at home. A lovely personal touch. The room and location were excellent, and Lisa was a great host. There wasn't much to complain about. The shower head is nearing the end of its life and could be replaced. One night we heard the upstairs neighbors, but it was temporary and we still slept through it.

Getting into the city center takes about a 15-minute walk. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a really pleasant feel to the room. The staff were supportive and quick to help, and the price felt very fair for what we got.

Annalisa was discreet but always helpful, and the location made it easy to get to the city center sights, metro, and train station. We arrived on Christmas afternoon and got such a lovely welcome, a smile and amazing struffoli. The room was gorgeous, with an old-time feel but all the modern comforts. Definitely recommended.

We felt warmly welcomed, and the host was considerate without being overbearing. With its strategic spot, Suite 800 made a great base for experiencing Naples and all its colors. Recommended.
