We couldn't sleep any of the nights we stayed. A poor renovation left a gap between the old and new windows, where birds had built a hidden nest. They screamed every day at 6:00 and again at midnight, ten times louder than an alarm clock. We told two receptionists, but they couldn't do anything, and the hotel was fully booked so they wouldn't move us. We asked for a refund, but the OWNERS were extremely ARROGANT and gave us nothing back. Booking gave us only a very small amount as compensation for the inconvenience, just to save their reputation. This place is extremely overpriced for what it offers: a small room, broken staff in the bathroom, a bit dirty, and far too loud. They can't call themselves either a hotel or suites. The worst property I've ever booked. Don't go!!! P.S. They ask for 100€ warranty for this mess.

I picked this hotel specifically because it advertised a room with two beds. The website photos and description showed them, and my booking confirmation also confirmed two beds. But when I arrived, they said I hadn't selected that option and put us in a completely different room. Even after I showed proof on their own website, they charged us extra for another room. I'm still staying here and hope management sees this and sorts it out. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine, and charging guests for an error they caused feels unfair and misleading. I hope they review what happened and make it right.

A very practical hotel to stay at before catching the ferry to the island. Our room had a view of the port.

The balcony had incredible views from the king room, and it was a great experience apart from a couple of small problems. The air conditioner wasn't working, and the memory foam mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on if you're not used to that kind. Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice.

The rooms were clean and modern, with a big balcony looking over the port, and there was a decent-sized bathroom. A fridge and safe were also in the room. Being so convenient for everything has a downside, though: you hear the traffic and other guests' footsteps in the hallway, so getting to sleep can be tough. The location is great for the port and tours, metro, and bus. Everything was within walking distance. Price, location, cleanliness, and staff all get a check from me.
