The room was spacious and nice, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was generous. It could have been cleaner, though, and the towels smelled odd. I stayed in the Vomero area. The city center is a bit of a walk away, but it’s still fairly close, so everything was fine overall.

Luigi and Claudio were polite, friendly and always ready to help with whatever we needed. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean, right in the center of Naples. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The owners kept in touch before we arrived and during our stay, and were happy to offer advice on anything. The place is easy to reach by metro, and next time we go to Naples, we’ll stay here again. I can recommend it wholeheartedly, five stars.

The room was noisy, small, and had a cramped shower, and breakfast was poor. The booking issue was worse: after we checked out, the owner cancelled our reservation, so Booking treated it as if we hadn't stayed and I lost my €37 reward. Before the stay, he had called offering a lower price, but I turned it down because I wanted to keep that reward. He later said he hadn't cancelled anything, though Booking told me he had. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We'd happily recommend it. The location is really convenient, everything was very clean and well equipped, and the staff were professional and genuinely kind.
