The food and service were great, and we were thrilled to have a jacuzzi in our room. The place looks basic from outside, but inside every room is different, so ask about them before deciding. It turned out to be a lovely, romantic stay for me and my partner. If you’re hoping to rekindle a relationship, this could be a good place to start.

We found everything very convenient. The harbor and castle looked beautiful from our window, and the location was good. There’s a grocery store, metro, late-night food, excursion buses, boats to the islands, and an airport bus nearby. The apartment was very good, with air-conditioning, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator. The administrator was kind and helpful.

Our suite was amazing, especially for the reasonable price, and the staff were lovely. We had a beautiful view, jacuzzi, and sauna, though rooms vary, so ask what you’re getting. The building wasn’t much to look at from outside and was hard to find, but once inside it felt like a real treat. It’s close to the center and port, with city and coast tour buses just up the road. Breakfast was only a pastry and coffee next door, which was fine since the room more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Naples.

For the money, I expected the full-facility hotel they advertise, but got a tiny 30-square-meter apartment and a disgusting bathroom on the sixth floor. The old, rusty elevator needs a 10-cent coin every time you go up or come back out. The apartment wasn’t close to the comfort or options promised, and the room was unclean with a strong musty smell in the bathroom. There was no reception or staff member available to talk to.
