Well Suites - Piazza dei Martiri

We had a perfect stay. The room was recently remodeled and very clean, with great air conditioning for a summer trip. Ours also had a safe, minibar, and a lovely balcony partly facing the piazza monument. The host was attentive, polite, and very helpful. The location is excellent for reaching many of Napoli's sights on foot: via marina, the Spanish Quarter, the high-end boutiques street, and Chiaia nightlife. There's a taxi stand right beside the building, too.

We spent three nights here to celebrate my partner's birthday, and Marina, who manages the B & B, took great care of us. She was always ready to explain things and show us around the city, and she added a thoughtful detail to our stay that made it feel like a five-star hotel. The room was roomy, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast is served at a bar a few metres away, which worked really well. The waiters were super friendly, and the typical Napoli breakfast was lovely, especially the croissant, a 10 out of 10. The location is beside one of the best neighbourhoods in Naples, with class, elegance, and all the comforts just a few metres away. Definitely more than a B&B.

We stayed three nights and finally got to properly relax. The room was comfortable and spotless, with tea and coffee, bottled water, a TV, and complimentary toiletries. Towels were changed every day, and breakfast downstairs at Na Tazzulella, two minutes away, was nice. The room is tastefully decorated to a high standard, with a smart ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking Piazza dei Martiri. It's in a prime spot, with Via dei Millie and its designer shops, including prada, gucci, louis vuitton, on one side, and the Naples seafront with plenty of lovely places to eat on the other. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend it, and can't wait to return.

For €210 a night, we expected more. At around €100-120, I could have given it 4 or 5 stars, but this was definitely too expensive. It's somewhere between an Airbnb and a hotel, not really a hotel. The place is brand new and clean, and the location is perfect. We didn't meet anyone, and self check-in failed, but marina replied on WhatsApp and quickly found a solution. The room was very dark. It's on the first floor, with a window opening straight onto the neighbours, so we had to keep the blind closed for privacy. Sound insulation is nonexistent. You can hear people next door talking and peeing, and the corridor as well.
