This place felt like a morgue. It looked beautiful at first, but was a real disappointment, with rules that made it seem suited only to people who are truly dead, not elderly guests or families. No music after hours, and no conversation in shared areas once condominium quiet hours begin. On the August bank holiday, garbage isn't collected. Worse, there was no sign or anyone to warn us not to park on the main road. There's no sewer, so a sewer-cleaning truck comes through, and our car got towed and fined. A hospital would have been more tolerant and fun.

Just after the Ferragosto holiday, this felt like a morgue. The residences seem intended for seniors and long-time residents who can't tolerate even a little activity, whether music, steady traffic, or conversation. Parking outside the designated internal spaces wasn't marked by the manager, leaving you at risk of a tow and a fine. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows practically nonexistent, the rooms hot, and the 12-inch TV was ridiculous.

The numbered spaces inside the gate make parking easy, and daily shopping is close by. This is our first visit, and we've found the residence welcoming and well looked after. I highly recommend it.

A supermarket and pharmacy are close by, and the sea is very near too. It's a quiet, family-friendly residence in a new, well-maintained property.
