Fattoria Didattica La Collina Incantata

The New Year's Eve dinner was excellent, with dishes made from local ingredients, and breakfast was plentiful. We stayed two nights. The rooms were warm and welcoming, with spacious, comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

We stayed at Collina Incantata for one night in September. The woman who welcomed us was very friendly, and breakfast was generous and good. The room was lovely and well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Prices were average. We found out only after arriving that dinner is available only for large groups. After being out all day, we would have preferred to eat at the hotel. Dogs are allowed, but don’t leave their food lying around or tiny ants will show up! They also use the farm as a summer camp for children.

There’s room to play, stay, and eat at this lovely educational farm, set among greenery. They emphasize that the food is locally sourced. I’ve been once, and it was pretty good, with some things especially high quality. The pecorino cheese and truly excellent cured meats stood out. The staff are very kind, and the facilities are adequate and clean. It can get too noisy in rooms full of people, though. Still, it was definitely a positive experience.

The place is very well kept and has lots of animals for the children to enjoy. My grandchildren are thrilled. A positive experience.
