We found the Mayr Family Apartment by chance just a week before Ferragosto 2017, after our vacation time was confirmed the day before and the Mayr family had a cancellation. I contacted Mr. Mayr, and by the next day we were in Naturno. Markus has become a friend, and he makes fragrant apples as well as two excellent wines, Schiava and Zweigeld. The apartment is part of the family home and works well for 2-4 people, with a wonderful valley view. I still remember sitting on the garden swing in the late afternoon, waiting for dinner. The garden feels like a terrace above the valley. It's a pleasant spot surrounded by apple and pear trees, with parking and the town center nearby, and only steps from the Naturno cable car. The Mayr family are warm, kind, and attentive. They left a book on the table full of information about excursions, activities, and routes, which was invaluable. We'll return as soon as we can. I'd happily stay here again.

Markus, the owner, is a great source of tips for hikes and activities, and his wine is delicious. We also made good use of the wallbox: we could lock up our electric car at night, charge it, and leave ready to go in the morning. Free public transport and swimming pool tickets were a nice extra. The apartment was clean, well equipped for four, and in a great spot, about a 10-15 minute walk from the center. It had air conditioning and a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. The family were very nice.

The hosts were exceptionally kind, and we'd be glad to stay with them again. The apartment is furnished in a modern style and has a great view across the valley. Its bathroom is especially stylish and modern. The kitchen has what you need, and the internet connection was good.

Haus Talblick has two modern, fully equipped apartments with air conditioning, plus a smaller, older basement apartment that suited our needs and can also be rented by dog owners. The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, around a 10-minute walk from the center of Naturns. Langwies snack bar, which I recommend, is just across the street, and the cable car up to Sonnenberg is only about two minutes away on foot. The host family are warm and welcoming, and do everything they can to make the vacation memorable. Highly recommended.

We had a great time here with our two dogs. There's a little garden in front where you can eat outside, and the apartment itself is spacious and very clean. Markus and Lidia are lovely, very kind people. The bathroom is the one drawback for me: it's too small and doesn't have a bidet. Still, we'll definitely come back. 😊
