The owners were genuinely welcoming and polite, and did everything they could to accommodate us. It was a pleasure meeting them and staying here. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, and comfortably fit our family of four. The mountain views were spectacular, with so much light coming through the lovely windows. Views around the area and village were just as beautiful. Main services are nearby, and there’s a mini market right below the apartments with reasonable prices. Until next time!

The Bressanone Apartment was clean, modern, spacious, and had everything we needed to cook. We loved the balcony and its mountain view. We stayed for the middle two weeks of August, and overall had a good time, though the welcome felt cold and rushed. When we asked during the second week for that week's village events program, which we'd received for the first week on arrival along with some posters, they said they'd bring it to our room, but it never came. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out after a few minutes whenever I tried to connect to the Residence network. The apartment also had no blinds or curtains that could block enough light, so waking around 6:30 or 7 in the morning was almost unavoidable. We went to bed fairly early, though, and still woke up rested. There was banging from downstairs every day between 6 pm and nearly 10 pm, about every 20 minutes, and it gave us a headache after a while. We only found out on our last day that the pizza chef was making dough. Our apartment was near the kitchen, so it was hard to miss, and perhaps the soundproofing was the issue. On our final night we ordered two pizzas to eat in the apartment and two medium 0.4L Cokes. My menu pizza was €9.80; my boyfriend's pizza with chanterelles and speck wasn't on the menu. The total came to €33, which felt a bit high. The two Cokes cost €10, leaving almost €25 for the takeaway pizzas, which seemed excessive. Even with those issues, we enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the accommodation for the strengths I've described.

The wellness area was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day skiing, especially the jet pool and infrared sauna, which are furnished with lovely attention to detail. We also appreciated being able to check in much earlier than planned and the backpack you lent us at short notice. Once again, our holiday with you in Raas was perfect. The apartment was very spacious, fully equipped, and exceptionally clean, so we felt at home immediately. It's clear how much care and passion you put into everything. We'll definitely be back. We were very comfortable here as a young family with two small children, with plenty of room for all of us. The mountain view from the room was magnificent, and breakfast was delicious. The small supermarket had everything we were looking for. A beautiful, modern place to stay, with hosts who were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
