I’ve had lunch there three times, and one young male waiter really stood out. He had black and white highlights and gave service on a level with a five-star lounge waiter. I’d like to give him an honorary certificate.

Laura at reception was lovely and went out of her way to help. I felt welcome throughout, and the service was great from beginning to end. Angela, Anna Maria and Nicolina. I’d definitely recommend this hotel in Nettuno, Italy.

The staff are superb and always ready to do a little extra. You can choose how you’d like locally caught fresh fish cooked in the hotel kitchen, which is just right. There’s car parking and decent free WI-FI, too. It’s a great holiday stay, and every room has a fantastic sea view.

The staff were lovely, but the hotel itself was really poor. It’s badly dated, and my room was falling to pieces. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, and this was the worst. It’s nowhere near a three-star place, and would be lucky to get one star.
