We arrived around noon, and Chiara, the owner and host, was courteous, kind and ready to answer our questions. Our room was clean and spacious, and the shower was excellent. Such a pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Booking here was the worst experience I've ever had. I had noted a late check-in for my midnight flight when making the reservation, then contacted the hotel to confirm it. They replied in hard-to-understand English saying late check-in wasn't possible. I asked to cancel and get reimbursed immediately after that response, on the same day I booked, but they refused. I went to the property the next day to explain, and reception wouldn't let me in. Nothing positive about this place.

The room was thoughtfully furnished, quiet and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The linens were fresh and good quality, and the shared spaces were just as immaculately kept. From check-in, the welcome felt warm and attentive. The receptionist was especially kind and professional, smiling as she answered questions about the area and helped with our needs. A really pleasant experience all around.

I stayed at the Salvia apartment for work, and it was absolutely delightful. The location, security, furnishings, cleanliness and hospitality were all lovely. Next time I return, I'll choose the B&B.
