Casa Bastia

The train station and the charming center of Noale are both close by, with trains to Venice taking around half an hour. Inside, the recently renovated apartment was comfortable, very clean, and well equipped, including a good kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and an excellent hairdryer. A really good choice.

Stefano, the landlord, was incredibly nice, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean, new, and stylish, with free parking right outside. Noale station isn't far, and from there a direct train reaches Venice in under 30 minutes for €3.90. 110% recommend. 😊👍🏻

The owners' warmth and helpfulness stood out, along with the Wi-Fi, breakfast, water bottles on arrival, welcome drink, and parking on site. They were ready to help and share useful tips for enjoying Noale. It's a quiet neighborhood, and the soundproofing is excellent. The apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern style, with good lighting and electric shutters that can be adjusted separately or together. Casa Bastia is just steps from the station, in the heart of Noale, with Venice and Padua only minutes away. The recently renovated place has a living room with open kitchen, hallway, bathroom, double bedroom, and handy closet. The living area has a large sofa, TV, extendable table with four chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, cutlery, and other accessories. The hallway includes air conditioning and a large built-in cupboard that hides a laundry area with washing machine, detergents, and tubs, plus a wardrobe with extra pillows, blankets, and towels. In the bedroom there’s a mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, and comfortable armchair. There’s no small TV in the bedroom, though I think one may be added soon. The bathroom has everything, including a hairdryer, and hot water comes instantly. The closet also holds a fold-out bed with sheets, shoe rack, vacuum, ladder, and cleaning supplies.

The location worked especially well for our family. We could walk to the water park in 12 minutes, the station in 10, and playgrounds where the kids could play safely. The medieval towers and castle were nearby too, and private parking was handy. Our host Massimo was kind and always available. We were there in summer 2021, and the apartment matched the photos: attractive, new, and clean. The kitchen felt like a proper home kitchen, fully equipped compared with places that offer little or nothing. We also appreciated the electric shutters, big closets, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. The bed didn't give us back trouble, and the sofa bed was comfortable as well. We have young children, so the amenities made a difference.
