Noale is a lovely town, with old buildings, nature, and some interesting restaurants. The hotel itself was quiet and clean, though our room had heating problems and its grey color scheme made the impression worse. Breakfast was rather poor.

Three stars feels about right. I was there for just two days, which was enough for me. The beds weren't very good, getting luggage up meant taking stairs to reach the elevator, and breakfast wasn't great either. That's just how it went for me.

The rooms were dirty, the beds uncomfortable, and the hygiene was disgusting. Staff were rude and treated guests badly, gossiping in their own language right in front of you without waiting for you to leave. They also turned off the air conditioning to push people out, with no regard for anyone's health or comfort. This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. I'd tell visitors to avoid it.

Never again. The place was dirty in every sense, with very poor hygiene, and the guests were treated rudely. They shut off the AC to make people leave without considering anyone's health. I wouldn't give it half a star, let alone the three stars it has.

The room had a vintage feel, but it was kept up well and stayed cool. The woman at the front greeted me with a smile and was so welcoming, and the gentleman in the dining room was sweet too. My main struggle was the stairs, but at least I got some extra steps in. Such a nice place.
