Palazzo Utini

Breakfast alone deserves four stars!

The rooms were beautiful, carefully detailed, and clean, and the staff were truly wonderful. The location and excellent breakfast also made a strong impression, so I’d give the hotel full marks. I stayed in this splendid palace over New Year’s Eve and booked the dinner as well. I’d expected a lot from the meal, and unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to those expectations. Still, I highly recommend the place.

Palazzo Utini feels like a charming new property, with all the comforts. The shower was unlike any I’ve tried before and deserves a mention. You can see the care in the modern design, quality materials, and technology that’s built in without getting in the way. The staff were impeccable, kind, helpful, and always smiling, and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was generous and thoughtfully put together. A comfortable, elegant place with hospitality that really stands out. I’d absolutely recommend it. An unforgettable stay!

The bistro dinner was pleasant, and I had a nice night. The historic residence is very well kept, with a lovely scent and relaxing feel as soon as you walk in. The rooms are simple and new, but for a five-star hotel, charging such ridiculous prices for the minibar feels dated. The morning checkout was the letdown. I was there for work and left at 7:00 a.m., so breakfast included in the rate came as a takeaway. Nice idea, but the bag had gluten-free croissants, which we don’t need, and expired toast. Not a very nice gesture. I wanted to mention it because details like that matter.
