Dust covered all the room surfaces, so this place isn’t suitable if you have allergies. We stayed in the “deluxe” room, but it went five days without cleaning. The sheets weren’t changed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, even though management said housekeeping was daily. I asked the manager to have the room cleaned. I was lucky to meet him, since reception was always closed, but he only apologized and said it wasn’t his job (!!). The following day, they changed the towels and nothing else. There was no one at reception when we checked out, so we had to leave the keys in the room. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in hotels from 2 to 5 stars, but never in a place this badly managed. There was absolutely no COVID-19 sanitization, either. Don’t let “luxury” fool you. I don’t recommend this place.

Loud noise from reception right outside the door woke us early, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning dripped and barely cooled the room. H501 Luxury Rooms definitely isn’t “Luxury”. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very clean and nice, with a cooler and coffee maker. The price was really good, and the location near Rome Termini station was convenient. I’d stay here again if I’m ever in Rome.

For such a high price, I wouldn’t recommend it. The room wasn’t very clean, the place was anything but “luxury”, and there was never anyone at “reception” to help.

Giacommo was super nice and very helpful. The place is in a lovely area of Rome, with everything within walking distance. Loved it!
