The apartment could easily have breakfast included in its price, since the bar is right next door. We only stayed one night but had a great time. They gave us a very large apartment with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a bedroom with a crib for our 1.5-year-old daughter. It, along with the shared facilities, had been recently renovated with real care. The place is quiet and peaceful, apart from a noisy but friendly group playing morra in front of the bar. The owners, who also run the bar and grocery store next door, were very kind and helpful.
