Noto da Quassu Relax B&B

The room wasn’t clean, and keys had been left in the doors, so anyone could have entered before we arrived. We were also threatened with the police if we didn’t send our IDs through a social media chat. Some roof tiles were damaged, and the owner tried to charge us for damage caused by previous guests. We couldn’t enjoy a nice evening in this beautiful city, and I’d say avoid this place. One star. The owner is still threatening us to remove the review and lying about the damage. That’s no way to treat guests.

The rooftop terrace is the highlight, with incredible views over Notto that you can enjoy all day, and a fantastic breakfast is served there. The room was clean and really nice, and staff were friendly and helpful. We’re usually pretty critical guests, but this was a great place to stay. It’s close to the center, while still being on a quieter street.

We had a spacious room, and it was spotless. The en-suite bathroom was large and clean too. A lovely little terrace looks over all of Noto, a relaxing spot guests can use. The entrance is delightful, and the B&B is peaceful, well organized, and well managed, just a few meters from the center. The woman who cleaned our room was kind, welcoming, helpful, and understanding. I recommend it to anyone staying in Noto.

You get the view from the veranda upstairs, since there’s nothing to see from the rooms. The B&B itself is very nice and fine for the price. Its location is excellent, just down the hill from the center. The air conditioning is a little old and noisy.
