Teodora House

The private parking inside the gate was a big plus, and the car stayed within the property under surveillance. You can come and go on your own with the keys and gate. Mrs. Sofia and her husband looked after everything down to the smallest detail. They were like having two parents around, and Mrs. Sofia was especially kind and helpful at breakfast on the veranda, which felt like being at home. Our double room was new, fresh, and clean, with air conditioning, a large fridge and freezer, and an outdoor drying rack. The freezer was handy for keeping water cold for the beach. The outside was well cared for and everything in order. It's a family-friendly, distinctive place, with Noto just five minutes away, Marzamemi and Avola each 20 minutes away, and the lovely beach at Lido di Noto reachable on foot. We only needed somewhere for a day, but if I come back to the area, I know where I'll stay. Highly recommended!

Sofia's warm hospitality and readiness to help with any questions made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and consistently clean, with every detail looked after. Breakfast was especially generous and varied, with Sofia's own jams, cakes, and other products. The property is just outside Noto, in a convenient spot for reaching the loveliest beaches along the Syracuse coast. We had a relaxing stay and hope to return soon. Highly recommended for a wonderful vacation!

Sofia is delightful and was always happy to suggest local sights and restaurants. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with fresh food. We spent five nights here and loved the superb location, within 15 minutes of the best seaside resorts. The rooms were lovely, roomy, clean, and, above all, cool, with all the comforts we needed. Highly recommended!

We stayed for five days and felt right at home in this spotlessly clean place. Mrs. Sofia seems made for hospitality, and her kindness and friendliness are captivating. Breakfast was varied and generous, with something for everyone. They also welcome pets and treat them like children. My Kyra felt loved and respected. I highly recommend staying here. You'll have a wonderful time.
