The one upside was that the apartment was heated well enough. We stayed in the apartment on Via Torelli, in a small, very quiet building, but the place was filthy. There were no towels, not even enough to dry two cups of milk, and the ones provided were old, used, and smelled awful. For five people over three days, there was just one roll of toilet paper, and we had to ask for more after two days. The sheets were faded and ancient, and none of the pairs matched. There wasn’t a broom or mop for the floor, or even a bath mat to step on after showering. Zero! I don’t think I’d stay again or recommend it.

The area is quiet and the interior looks modern, so it could be a much nicer stay. But the damp was awful, even the sheets felt wet, and the bathroom was covered in limescale. There were bread crumbs on the bed when we arrived. Cleanliness and comfort were both a letdown.

I stayed at their place on via torelli in Novara. The house smelled bad and was dirty, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A calm spot in a peaceful area, and the price was excellent.
