The hotel was clean but basic, and the AC was broken. Part of it was closed for renovation, and some rooms seemed to be rented to long-term residents. It was just about okay for a last-minute stay on the way to the airport. Next time I'd drive the extra 40 minutes and stay near the airport instead.

The manager was helpful and professional, and recommended a restaurant where he booked us a table. It was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The owners were so kind and friendly. I stayed here with my family and little dog, in a quiet part of Novara. Everything was neat and white, the towels were clean, the beds really comfortable, and the whole place was spotless and peaceful. Even the hallway smelled of flowers. The name Cristallo fits perfectly. Best hotel experience I've ever had.
