Hotel Omnia

The staff made the stay especially easy. The receptionist kindly switched our room so we could check in earlier, and everyone we dealt with was helpful and polite. Hotel Omnia worked really well as a base for the nearby Noventi outlet. Our room was spotless, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom and plenty of towels, robes, slippers, and a hairdryer. The shower cubicle is on the small side, though the large toilet seat was a comfortable plus, particularly for larger people. Good value and an easy recommendation for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was wonderful, the location was good, and the staff were helpful. Our room was clean too. I did have a few suggestions for making the rooms more practical: a place by the entrance to hang a coat, and somewhere in the bathroom to hang used towels. The shower is so small that you can only stand under the water; there isn't room to bend down and wash your legs or feet. It might work better in the other corner, in place of the closet, instead of being squeezed beside the door. Sorry, the engineer in me noticed! They lent me a kettle, but tea and coffee with it as standard would be nice. I hope this comes across as helpful feedback, and thanks for all the support.

The rooms were clean, and the location and breakfast were both very good. The staff were excellent. Some of the furniture could use a little renovation, and coffee or tea facilities in the room would be useful.

Everything felt clean and comfortable. Riccardo at the front desk was especially kind and gave us amazing service. We had a great stay!
