Our room was very spacious and had its own terrace with direct access to the garden. The welcome was warm, and we got lots of local tips. We felt so at home here. Coming through the main gate, you find a lovely surprise: a peaceful green garden with shade and sunny loungers by the pool, a perfect place to unwind or have breakfast. The family's history with the house adds to its charm. Some parts of the house and garden look a little scruffy, but that’s part of what makes the place charming.

Anna Maria De Luca is a wonderful host, so kind, helpful, and courteous that you feel truly welcome. Le Stanze del Monsignore is beautifully cared for, with spacious, clean rooms and tasteful furnishings. The elegant, welcoming atmosphere makes it a peaceful place to stay, and its location is handy for exploring the area. An impeccable visit, highly recommended if you want comfort, charm, and warm hospitality.

In the heart of Novoli, you can walk to a little square, a bar, a hairdresser, and a supermarket. From here, exploring Salento was easier and less stressful for us. Annamaria and her children shared their sommelier knowledge of Salento wines, and some days we were happy just to linger over breakfast and let time pass slowly. The garden is a peaceful oasis with an enchanting pool, a welcome break from the August crowds and a lovely place to rest before or after the beach, Lecce, or the little villages. Every room feels like a gem, and the owners are so kind that you forget you have to leave. It’s hard to imagine finding such a spot in Salento in August. Thank you, wonderful as always.

A wonderful place, with bright, spacious rooms and a garden with a pool where you can unwind after a day at the beach. It's an authentic, distinctive spot just 10 minutes from lecce, and a great base for getting around both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts. The owners are exceptional and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!

Right in the center but still quiet, this is a great B&B. The rooms are roomy, the garden is beautiful, and breakfast is good. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful.
