Dimora Rosso Piceno

We were the only guests when we visited Dimora Rosso Piceno around New Year's Eve, but the shared kitchen was still there for us to use. It was clean, well stocked, and nicely kept. The room was lovely, spotless, quiet, and had every comfort. Our host welcomed us warmly and was ready to help with anything. We were there to celebrate nearby in Appignano del Tronto, at the special and fun Processione dell'Anno Vecchio. It was such a memorable tradition to see, and we had a wonderful time. The simple breakfast had both sweet and savory choices and tasted very good. I'd love to come back in warmer weather for the outdoor pool. Private parking was handy too, and the location made it easy to visit Ascoli Piceno and the other nearby towns. Offida itself is a gem. The kindness and friendliness of our host meant so much, alongside the beautiful property and room. Thanks so much. We had a fantastic New Year's Eve and will treasure the memories. Templaria was just right for peace and quiet, tucked among green hills. The place is very new and incredibly clean, and our bungalow was beautiful, came with everything we needed, from a stove to air conditioning, and went beyond what we expected. The manager was super kind, and breakfast was delicious, homemade as far as I could tell. My partner and I stayed two nights and had a great time. For couples, evenings can be fun too, since you can sit outside the bungalows chatting for ages or play cards with friends. I'd recommend it.

The young owners were incredibly kind and made us feel at home. They were helpful and friendly throughout. We stayed in a bungalow and loved it. Everything felt carefully put together, welcoming, and genuinely comfortable, from the tasteful furnishings to the impeccable cleanliness. A lovely agriturismo for relaxing in nature while still having all the comforts. Highly recommended.
