The house is close to the sea and right by the main road, which makes getting around very convenient. We stayed in the first-floor apartment, and it was spacious, clean, well kept, and well equipped. Just be aware that the air conditioning water needs emptying from a bottle each day. The owner was very kind and helpful, and sorted out a problem we had. The ground-floor unit we’d booked was actually a semi-basement, only 210 cm high, with a few small high windows. It felt damp and moldy. Outside didn’t look like the photos anymore either: the grass was high, the trees had grown over, and mosquitoes were everywhere. It’s a shame, since the house itself is pleasant and has potential. We stayed during the first week of August 2024.

The beach is only 200 meters away, and there’s a supermarket just left of the house. A restaurant with delicious pizza is about a seven-minute walk away. Inside, the house was very comfortable, with everything needed in the kitchen, clean rooms, a large living room, and two bathrooms. The owner was very kind. We spent a week in this charming place and highly recommend it. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was just steps away, with a lovely view of Tavolara Island, and we had a comfortable little apartment, a long driveway, and a garden with a lawn all to ourselves. My friend, our two furry princesses, and I had a beautiful time. In July I pictured the vacation I wanted, and in August it turned out just like I’d dreamed. Our hostess was punctual and welcoming, and so beautiful, elegant, and refined.

For what this place costs, the value is unacceptable. It hadn’t been cleaned properly: there was hair left by the previous guest in the shower, and the floor was dirty. The linens and towels smelled musty, and the bed was worn out.

Absolutely awful. The place was dirty, dusty, and rotten, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There were dead insects lying around. We cancelled right away and didn’t stay even one night.
