The rooms were clean and refreshed daily, and the staff were genuinely hospitable and ready to help. The hotel is central enough for Olbia, with the centre, beaches and nearby places no more than about an hour away. Breakfast was okay. Parking can be difficult if you have a rental car, and the Wi-Fi could be better. Fixing those two things would make it a perfect-value stay in Olbia.

Giuseppe made us feel very welcome and was attentive. We had a nice room, the location was great, and breakfast was perfect.

The homemade cakes, baked fresh each morning for breakfast, deserve a special mention. The hosts were great and everything else was perfect. The setting by a busy main road and a railway line isn't pretty, but the old town is close enough to walk to, so it was fine.

The owner and staff were polite and helpful, and the service was wonderful. Breakfast was good and the location worked well. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every two days, and the bedding every three days. A place worth staying.

Pier was charming and helpful when we met him on arrival, and Julia made a simple but tasty breakfast each morning. We spent a lovely week here. The room stayed clean, comfortable and cool, and the central spot made it easy to get to the old town's restaurants and bars as well as buses and trains. We'd gladly come back and recommend it.
