8/10
The hosts are very friendly, and the room is spacious enough for four people. The dogs and cat are worth knowing about if you're allergic. Breakfast is free, but the selection is limited to yogurt, cereal, jam, cookies and packaged pastries. Some fruit or fresh pastries would've been nice. It got very hot at night, and mosquitoes kept me from sleeping well.

We stayed during the covid-19 pandemic and found the place filthy. It was shabby, dirty and noisy, with guests coming and going and even their alarms audible in the morning. There was clutter everywhere that would be impossible to clean properly. The pillow was disgusting when I took off the case, and there were no mattress or pillow protectors. The bathroom grout looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years, and the bin hadn't been emptied after the previous guests. Breakfast was poor quality packaged food. Don't stay here.

The host was really nice, and the location is very convenient. Check-in and check-out worked for us, though the timing is quite unbalanced: we checked in after 7 pm, but they needed the room cleaned by 9 am the next day. Don't leave food in the room, as ants will get to it quickly. It was a good experience overall, but honestly, I wouldn't stay more than a couple of nights.

The rooms were clean, though laid out in a peculiar way, and breakfast was limited. The hosts were friendly and tried to help, even though their English wasn't very good. Given the prices in Olbia, this B&B is totally okay.

10/10
We stayed for three nights to watch the WRC rally. The room was basic, but everything was good and better than I expected for the price. The host communicated really well. I can't see why there are so many bad reviews, and I'd happily return.
