Andrea was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, tastefully finished, and well equipped, with a nice bathroom that had a bidet, hand shower, and rain shower. The memory foam bed was comfortable. Restaurants and shops are nearby, yet it was quiet and peaceful, and major bus routes were within a five-minute walk. The plunge pool is perfect for a sunny spot, and the whole place feels well finished, tasteful, and secure. Book with confidence, you won't be disappointed.

The apartment was modern and had everything we needed, and they provided a cot. They also arranged taxis to and from the airport. The location was excellent. There were a few disappointments, though. The website and room information said the apartment would be cleaned daily, but during our eight-night stay it was serviced only twice. Our daughter also got a rash or burn from the pool. To their credit, Andrea tested the water straight away, found a pH imbalance, and closed the pool for a day while they fixed it.

We spent ten days in the apartment and had a great stay. Andrea and the other staff were always smiling and very helpful whenever we needed information. The location is handy for bus routes, the train station, and Corso Umberto 1, which gets lively in the evenings and leads down toward the port. There's a small pool with plenty of sunbeds for relaxing or cooling off after a busy day. The apartment has a small kitchen area if you prefer not to eat out, though a microwave would be a useful addition.

Andrea welcomed us so warmly and was attentive and available throughout our stay. Thanks also to the person in charge of cleaning, the room was perfectly clean. The hotel sits right in the heart of Olbia and was quiet both day and night. Having a pool was a real bonus, and you can even order cocktails. I'd book here again if I return to Olbia, and I'd give it more stars if I could.
