We had a very pleasant two days thanks to the air conditioning and fridge. There’s a lovely restaurant and a well-stocked, very fresh supermarket about a 10-minute walk away.

The rooms are new and the neighbourhood is quiet, so we had a good stay. The city centre is quite a walk, though, about 30 minutes on foot.

The receptionist was friendly. Prices are very high, though, even if that’s apparently normal for Sardinia in summer. At that rate, comparable to a luxury hotel in a big city, the little details really need more attention: there was no soap, and the coffee machine came without cups. Housekeeping was basic, there were no extra pillows, and the walls were so thin we could hear all the kids coming back from the clubs.

The woman who welcomed us was truly kind, and the free parking was a plus. Our room had air conditioning, a minibar and a coffee maker, and was nicely furnished and very clean. It was in a peaceful area, with soundproofing that worked perfectly. One of our best stays.
