Hotel Villa delle Rose

The service from everyone was outstanding, and parking was plentiful and easy. I also loved how varied breakfast was, with excellent coffee. My room and bed were comfortable, the shower was very good, and the temperature in the room was just right. I was at the quiet back of the hotel. With the window open, the only sound was a lovely woodpecker. The location made it easy to get to Milano and Torino, and I found the stay wonderfully relaxing. I'd love to come back. Thanks for everything!

The breakfast was the only thing I really liked. There were plenty of food options, and the room was okay. But I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you're not mobile or don't have a car. When I found out there was no public transport to the hotel, I tried to cancel, but they said they'd keep the full amount. On arrival, I had a terrible customer service experience. The front desk manager was rude and didn't apologize. Getting to the airport was another problem: I tried to order an Uber for over an hour and couldn't find a taxi. I nearly missed my flight. Eventually the hotel found someone to take me, but what if I hadn't booked early? I could have missed it. Please improve your customer service and be honest with people about what they're getting into.

The room itself was fine, but getting around without a car was extremely difficult. At night the area is very dark and quiet, and without regular taxis I felt unsafe. I spent almost an hour trying to find a normal ride, then had to take an unregulated car anyway. If you don't drive, I'd stay in central Milan instead. The hotel advertises a 24-hour airport shuttle, but when I called, they told me there wasn't one. At Malpensa Terminal 1, the taxis upstairs refused the short trip and sent me downstairs, where unlicensed private cars offered a flat €40 fare with no meter. Uber only showed premium rides over €100, while neither FreeNow nor AppTaxi could find a driver. The next morning the front desk arranged another private car to the airport, again not an official taxi. It cost €40 in cash or €45 by card. I had no other choice because otherwise I would have missed my flight.

A convenient, peaceful place near Malpensa, just 15 minutes away. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, a minibar, a kettle, and toiletries. Check-in was quick, and breakfast was excellent. Good value if you want a quiet, comfortable stay close to the airport.
