We stayed for two and a half months and barely noticed the neighbors. The room is well soundproofed, and the people in the building were polite. The balcony is small, though handy for smokers or just stepping out for some air without risking a €510 fine. It’s very clean, and the owner is consistently available and helpful. There’s a comfortable bed and a phenomenal shower, plus nearly everything you might need if you’re a little organized. The bmb Anko has an electric stove and all sorts of clever devices. A really relaxing place to stay. Have a great stay, everyone! 🤗🤗🤗

The listing looked appealing in the photos, but our stay was a very different story. We booked for two people a week ahead and found nobody at reception. The owner contacted us only by email. It turned out to be a private apartment split into three rooms; one was occupied by a man with two dogs and, I’m not sure, how many cats. The room itself was clean, but the animal smell soon came through. The entrance hall smelled of cat litter and dog hair, and there was no water in the room. The bathroom was shared. The owner emailed to say the bottom shelf of the fridge was for us. There was a bottle of sparkling water on it, but when I opened it, it was filled with still water. We couldn’t sleep because of the animal hair. Glass collection trucks came at 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning, then workers began outside our window at 7:30 for the eco-bonus. I’ve stayed in other B&Bs and budget hostels and never encountered such a low standard. That was my experience. I’ve added photos of the outside because there’s no sign showing where the place is.

We found several restaurants within walking distance, and public transport serves the area well. The room was generous in size and got lovely daylight. The bathroom is shared, though it was kept very clean. The owner was welcoming and very helpful.

I needed a bed in an emergency and this did the job. For a no-frills tourist like me, the clean room was more than enough, especially at such a reasonable price. The young owner was very kind, and the bathroom and shower were nice and clean. Ghemon, the Siamese cat, stole my heart 😍.
