We paid 150 euro a night for a ground floor room, and I felt completely ripped off. There was noise all night, doors banging, people talking, all kinds of sounds, as if the rest of the hotel were in our room with us. I've never slept so badly. This place isn't worth even half the price. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I organize group tours and always check hotels before adding them to my tours. We only needed to move our dates because of a contagious health issue, and told the hotel in advance, but the customer service was deeply disappointing. They showed no interest in the client, took the full amount for our 3 days, and refused to move the booking to later dates despite having availability. We even sent a doctor's certificate and got no consideration. I didn't expect this in Italy, or such poor long term business thinking.

The room was small, especially the bathroom, and the shower was too cramped. The whole bathroom needs redoing. Staff were super nice, though, and breakfast was simple but good.

We had car trouble and misplaced my husband's wallet, and Guiseppe went out of his way to help by making calls for us since we don't know Italian. All the employees were super nice and helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful, and it was lovely to walk around the small town. We'd definitely stay again.
