After a long trip I was exhausted, but I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. I'd meant to keep traveling to explore Tuscan wines, then decided to stay longer and see more of the local area instead. It's a relaxing, peaceful place, modern and clean, and the owner's warm touch shows in the details. I really enjoyed breakfast, especially the zucchini and aubergine. There's no restaurant on site for dinner, but plenty of good local places are a 5 to 10-minute drive away. I'd highly recommend it if you're after a beautiful, restful stay.

The breakfast leaned heavily toward cakes, and we missed having fresher, healthier choices like fruit salad, Bruschetta, or green salad varieties. Apart from that, everything was perfect. The house was lovely, with a big garden and pool area, and the staff were welcoming and kind.

We used it as a base for 3 days and loved the rooms, comfortable beds, gardens, pool, views, and location. The welcome was warm, too. Breakfast was the most Awesome and original selection in Italy, with no industrial dry Cornetto here!! For dinner, or lunch if you fancy a lovely nap afterwards, we highly recommend nearby Agrietruria.

The breakfast was delicious and the surroundings beautiful, so staying at Podere del Priorato was a great experience. When our car broke down, we were stuck on the roadside with no taxis available nearby. The owner and his son kindly picked us up and drove us to a good restaurant that evening. That really made our trip. Would recommend 10/10.

A little heaven on earth, and a wonderful place to recharge. The grounds are beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and the service is outstanding. It feels like a 4-star hotel.
