For a night at a good price, it was good enough overall. Check-in was easy to do ourselves, and the place is close to the center. It was nice to have Netflix in the room and some sweets, too. But the hotel really needs to put a little effort into cleaning the shower. 🥴

I paid 54.4€ and received no service. Exceptional circumstances forced me to cancel, independently of my wishes, and I think at least some goodwill gesture would have been fair. Instead, it feels like you’d rather make money from the situation. I found that unfair. Communication is very slow and only in Italian.

The staff were very helpful, and the room was spacious and clean for a more than fair price. It’s close to the restaurants and center, making it ideal for an overnight stay.

The staff were amazing, especially Andrea, who was such a good and friendly person. We loved the room and terrace. Thanks again for everything! 😁
