Welcomely - Cocco E Dessi Home

We had a terrible experience with the management. There were no towel racks in the bathroom or anywhere to hang our swimsuits, and the kitchen had no utensils. I asked for two bidet towels and was told they don't provide them. There's no washing machine, or even a way to rinse anything, and all parking is paid. Terrible management.

For the price, the fried calamari and potatoes were good, and I ate well. The waitresses, especially the two young women who served us, were very gracious. It was our first visit, today on Easter Sunday. Service and the dishes deserve at least a seven. But we could hear everything from the small room facing the kitchen, including the chef loudly barking orders to the team as though they were at war. That gentleman seemed out of place in a place like this. Giovanna

The place is very close to the city center, and the rooms are new and clean. There’s no parking, the kitchen is bare, and management is remote, so there’s no in-person contact.

Room 4 was very clean, but the bathroom and toilet were out in the hall rather than inside the room. The place was noisy too, and we woke whenever someone came or went. There was no in-person check-in: we got a message with a link to fill in, then the entrance code and key safe code. With so little service and no bathroom in the room, it was clearly overpriced.
