Aquila Hotel

We had to head out before breakfast started on a couple of days, and the staff arranged takeaway breakfast for us each time. The coffee was lovely and freshly made, and breakfast was fresh too. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help at any hour, with reception open 24 hours. Though the hotel is in an industrial area, the owners have made a pleasant little green space with secure parking, where we spent several evenings relaxing in the garden. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and olive oil soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Thanks for the hospitality.

I won't be coming back. After eating a pasta dish in the restaurant, I started vomiting at the table before I could finish it. The eggs must have been off, though that's just how it seemed to me. At checkout the next morning, a very hard-faced woman accused me of having an allergy and said it was my fault. Only after I protested did she waive the food charge, and I still paid for the room and drinks. The hotel itself is fine, but I'd suggest staying well away.

Everything was just right: very clean facilities, a comfortable bed, fair prices, and nice staff. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're driving through the area.

We stopped for lunch on the way to Rome. The service was quick, the staff were kind, and the food was good without costing much. A very nice place to eat. Highly recommended.
