At that high price, this was an unacceptable offer. The shower head was covered in limescale and held together with tape, the bidet drain was blocked, and the shutter got stuck halfway. There were loose electrical outlets that seemed dangerous, cleaning was cursory, and the apartment smelled of vinegar. There were also chippings. The price and service don’t match at all. With basic maintenance at a reasonable cost, the service could be in line with the asking price. As things were, we felt cheated.

We were there for an Herbalife Summit and could walk to the Palalottomatica, which made the location excellent for us. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Three people slept comfortably in the yellow room with its ensuite bathroom. I would rearrange the furniture to make the room feel more spacious, but overall it’s good value for the money. I recommend it.

The breakfast was the one bright spot: generous and with plenty of variety. Otherwise, the place felt overpriced and neglected. The towels had a damp smell, the shower was dirty, and the bed was dusty. There isn't much to do in the surrounding area.

For what they charge, I could have found somewhere better, and I wouldn't want to repeat this stay at that price. This is an apartment with separate rooms for rent rather than a real B&B. Guests can use the kitchen themselves for breakfast or other meals, though the house is poorly presented, starting with the doors and windows that do little to block the constant traffic on Viale dell'Aeronautica, where every kind of vehicle passes day and night. The musty smell hit me as soon as I came in and was just as strong in my room. It seemed like a house that wasn't cleaned or looked after well. The next day I saw a very kind Asian woman cleaning with a dirty gray rag and a bucket of black water, which explained a lot. The bathroom had a persistent sewer smell and no window for ventilation. Of the towels provided, only the shower towel was useful. The face and bidet cloths were flimsy and no good. Breakfast was mostly discount-store products, apart from the Nutella and jams, and the coffee was bitter and undrinkable. I had to scrub and wash the coffee maker before using it because it was dirty and had crusty water in its tank. The kitchen is available to guests, but there were only pots and pans, not even a frying pan. I had to cook my steak in a pan with a liter of oil that I bought myself so it wouldn't stick. The house itself also wasn't to my taste.
