I first rented this place in September 2017 for six guests attending our wedding in Orte, and they were all so happy. The rooms were clean and well kept, the pool was beautiful, and the hosts were kind. Seven years later, I booked it again for my stepfather and his four friends. They were amazed by the house, its comfort, modern amenities, lovely decor, and the bathrooms in every room. They especially appreciated Giacinta and Giampero, who took time to meet them at a well-known gas station and guide them to the house after they got a bit lost. They’re elderly, and the hosts made sure they arrived safely. Homemade bread and snacks were waiting for them too. I won’t forget that kindness and hospitality. They’ve become very special friends to us, and now their dog, "Tag", helps guests feel safe.

We spent 12 days here in August and September 2019, and the cottage felt like home. All three bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage, and the place is comfortable and very clean. The simple kitchen has what you need for easy meals, and the fridge was stocked with goodies when we arrived. The garden is pretty and well cared for, giving the pool a private feel. I loved picking fresh figs for breakfast each morning. Being close to Orte train station made it easy to explore nearby Umbrian towns at our own pace. Giacinta and Giampiero were wonderful hosts, sharing helpful local information and treats, including Giacinta’s special tiramisu. I arrived as a guest and left as a friend. I loved staying here and can’t wait to return.

The outdoor areas and pool are beautiful, with all the comforts and a degree of privacy that makes this place feel special. The house is just as lovely, welcoming, warm, meticulously cared for, and impeccably clean. Two days are enough to leave you smiling and recharged. Giacinta is thoughtful and warm, making you feel at home even before you arrive. She’s happy to share advice about the area and knows how to be there without intruding. We’ve stayed at Casale eredità twice, and it definitely won’t be the last. Fair warning, it’s addictive. You’re already planning your next visit as you leave!

We spent a lovely weekend here after getting together with friends for a pool party and BBQ. Mrs. Giacinta was so welcoming, friendly, and ready to help, which we really appreciated. The location was wonderful too. Highly recommended.
