Amadeus Hotel

The whole hotel smelled terrible, and both rooms I saw were completely different from the pictures online. I booked a queen bed but got twin beds. The “queen” offered afterward was barely bigger than a single. Staff said the difference was “only 10 cm,” which isn't true. The rooms were really dirty, especially the bathroom, where there was visible mold. It felt so unhygienic I didn't even try breakfast, and strongly recommend not eating there. The receptionist was rude to me and other guests, making excuses instead of helping. Not worth the price, and I don't recommend it. I'd rather sleep in my car. I'll attach photos.

Road work around the hotel made it hard to get there using GPS, since two-way streets had become one-way. The “free” breakfast starts after 7 a.m., so you can't use it if you have an early flight. The room walls were so thin we could hear people next door talking and showering. The only window had a horrible view. The rooms are small and outdated, and the A/C didn't work. The elevator is tiny, and two people with large suitcases don't fit. I posted a negative review a few days ago, but it was strangely deleted, so I'm writing again. This is NOT a 4 stars hotel. Save your money and sleep in your car, it will be cheaper and much more comfortable!

The room was good for the price, but a bad experience with the staff completely changed my impression. Two staff members treated me rudely, especially an older gentleman who raised his voice at me disrespectfully. It was an unnecessary situation, handled poorly, and basic courtesy could have avoided the discomfort. There was a misunderstanding about a tour the hotel recommended. I showed interest at first, then decided not to go ahead before any pre-booking or payment. I hadn't committed, and I hadn't finalized a reservation. Whatever the misunderstanding, the way a guest is treated matters, and this felt very negative. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend the hotel. I hope management reviews how staff behave so other guests don't have the same experience.

Breakfast was awful, with stale bread, nearly spoiled fruit, and eggs I couldn't eat. The hallways smelled horribly damp. When I asked about late checkout, the manager shouted at me from around the corner. He was too rude even to come over. I was so surprised I had to ask the woman at the counter whether he was really speaking to me. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Stay away. This place seems to be heading in only one direction.
