Residence Cesa Ladina

Miram gave us loads of practical local advice, especially restaurant suggestions. They were all good, and we liked one enough to go twice. She and her family clearly put care into the place, from the interior and materials to the ski-boot storage and garage layout. It feels set up for comfortable everyday use. We weren’t sure about walking to the lifts with our gear, but the Seceda gondola was totally doable with skis or a snowboard. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is also manageable on foot with the elevators. The terrace has an incredible open view across the mountains, and we spent a wonderful week here daydreaming about it. It’s beautiful and genuinely livable. We’d happily come back.

Miriam was gracious and always available when we had questions. The apartment at Residence Cesa Ladina was clean, cozy, and lovely for our six-night stay. One of my favorite memories is having coffee on the patio early in the morning while watching the sunrise. Don’t hesitate to book with her!

We had to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances. The apartment looked beautiful, and we had truly been looking forward to staying there, but dealing with the refund was unnecessarily difficult. The cancellation followed the stated terms, yet there was a lot of avoidable back-and-forth about the refund. It could have been handled more clearly and efficiently from the beginning, which made an already disappointing situation much more stressful. Anyone who might need to cancel should know their consumer rights and be ready to stand their ground. Despite the apartment’s appeal, we wouldn’t book here again.

A homey place with the best host ever. Thanks, Mariam 🌷 It was comfy, cozy, clean, and had free parking. Our apartment also had a garden with an amazing view. You won’t regret staying here.
